Changes to reservation are subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
- All deposits placed for booking are non-refundable.
- Cancellation anytime before 72 hours of the trip start time gets an 80% refund.
- Cancellation within 72 hours before the trip start time, there is no refund option.
Trip Time & Date Reschedule:
- Trip Reschedule 72 hours before the trip start time is possible.
- Trip Reschedule within 72 hours of the trip start time is subject to availability and customer’s request. If the reschedule is not possible, cancellation policy terms will apply.
- The customer has the right to change the date and time once (day and time are subject to availability).
No Show & Missed Trips:
- If you do not inform us to cancel your reservation, there is no refund option.
- If you miss the trip’s date and time (no-show), there is no refund option.
Cancellation From Our Side:
- We may cancel your reservation due to an event outside of our control like bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, and new laws. We will inform you 24 hours in advance and provide alternatives within the charter budget. Otherwise, a refund will be fully processed.
- The customer receives a detailed email or a WhatsApp message or a phone call to confirm the reservation.
- In the event, the product is not available due to a malfunction, maintenance, or other reasons. We will offer another product, in case of rejection by the customer, we will refund the full amount back to the customer.
Cancellation Policy On High Demand Days:
- Canceled bookings on Fridays and Saturdays (days of high demand) based on the customer’s request, there is no refund option.
